Order Confirmation
Once we have received your order it will be confirmed by e-mail or telephone. We will arrange a delivery date and answer any questions you may have. The price you pay for your goods is the price that is displayed on the website at the time of your order.
Delivery:
All products on our website are free of delivery charges to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery to areas outside of the UK mainland including the Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland would be subject to extra delivery charges. Availability of Goods:
All goods on the website are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply a product we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the soonest delivery time or any alternative goods that may be available.
Product Guarantee:
All our products come with a standard 12 month guarantee against manufacturing faults. Many of our tables have warranties up to 3 years. Please see individual listing for details.
Returns and Refunds:
We are so confident that you will be totally satisfied with our website products we are prepared to offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all goods bought. All we require is the goods to be returned to us within 14 days unused and with no damage and in the original packing the goods were sent in. Please contact us straight away and advise of refunds.
Cancellations:
You have the right to cancel orders placed on the website. This must be done within 7 days of your delivery. Please inform us by e-mail, letter or phone (see contact details). You must return the goods to us for a full refund. The goods must not be used and should be returned by a secure method
